Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Scheduling Manager to
oversee instructor and customer scheduling and logistical
support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage scheduling of customer events, ensuring
coordination between customer requests and instructor
availability
Collaborate with account managers and school districts to confirm
and manage event schedules
Implement and manage a scheduling software system to enhance
operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or
scheduling with a focus on customer service
Bachelor's degree in operations, logistics, or a related field (or
equivalent work experience)
Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Excel, and relevant
data analysis tools
Experience implementing or managing scheduling software is highly
preferred
Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to coordinate
complex schedules and processes
