Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Success to lead a
team focused on client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers to foster a
customer-centric culture
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and
oversee issue resolution
Lead the design and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews and
monitor team performance metrics
Required Qualifications
5+ years in customer success or account management, with at least 2
years in a leadership role
Experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or related fields; AP automation
experience is a bonus
Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, and reporting
platforms
Ability to lead and develop talent within the team
Strong relationship management skills with executive-level
stakeholders
