Title: Operations Manager
Location: Santa Maria, CA
Compensation: $85,000-100,000 + Bonus
Benefits: Comprehensive Corporate Benefits Package (Medical,

Travel: 50-75% across California in support of natural disaster
relief (June to November have been historic high points for
travel)
Position Description:
As the Operations Manager you will supervise personnel and
equipment maintenance and deployment in support various government
agency emergency response teams.
Essential Functions
--- Equipment Maintenance and deployment training
--- Personnel Management
--- Deployment, basecamp operations and redeployment of personnel
and equipment
Requirements:
--- Technical Leader with 6+ years of experience managing personnel
and equipment for deployment operations. Experience maintaining
diesel generations, portable HVAC trailers, and/or heavy vehicles
is extremely beneficial.
