LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Pediatrics ER - Emergency
Room for a travel nursing job in Bakersfield, California.Job
Description & Requirements
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide emergency care for pediatric patients in critical or urgent
conditions.
Assess, stabilize, and treat children with a variety of medical
emergencies.
Administer medications and interventions based on physician
orders.
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective treatment
and care.
Provide education and emotional support to patients and
families.
Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner and ensure compliance
with safety standards.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Pediatric Emergency Room
nursing.
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS (AHA or APEX), PALS, and Emergency
Nurses Association (ENA) Certification required.
Licensure: Active California RN license.
Ratios: Peds 1:4.
