Job Description:
LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department
for a travel nursing job in Bakersfield, California.Job Description
& Requirements
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide immediate and critical care to patients in the Emergency
Department.
Perform triage, rapid assessments, and emergency interventions as
required.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and implement
physician-directed treatment plans.
Monitor and manage acute and critical conditions, including trauma,
cardiac, and stroke cases.
Work in a fast-paced setting with a patient ratio of 1:4 (or 1:2
for ICU-level patients).
Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to
ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Emergency Room (ER) required.
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS - Required
Technical Skills: Cerner EMR - Required
Patient Ratio: 1:4 (General ER), 1:2 (ICU-level patients)
