Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour nights, 6 PM - 6 AM, every other weekend, first to float Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Required to submit Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have: Cerner charting system experience Job Description: - All candidates will undergo an initial pre-screening by the Medical Solutions Clinical Team. - Managers will conduct a second interview for selected candidates. - Orientation includes 12 hours of initial training. - Work in an acute care setting. - Provide high levels of care consistent with ICU standards. - Flexibility to float between units based on facility needs. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. - Commitment to patient care excellence and safety standards.
