Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Specialist to
assist clients' HR departments and employees with group insurance
administration.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with key policyholders and
producers through effective communication and problem
resolution
Act as a liaison between clients' employees and the company to
address claims, coverage inquiries, and administrative issues
Facilitate the enrollment process and support the implementation of
new groups with policyholders and producers
Required Qualifications and Education
2 - 4 years of relevant experience in group insurance
administration, customer service, or account management
High School Diploma required; FMLI or CEBS certification
preferred
Life and Disability insurance license preferred
Expert understanding of Life, STD, and LTD products
Personal automobile available for business use with adequate
insurance and a safe driving record
