Job OverviewThe Service Administrator is responsible for
managing and coordinating administrative support services, ensuring
smooth operational efficiency across the organization. This role
requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the
ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.Key
ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate administrative support
services for the organizationHandle incoming communications,
including emails, phone calls, and correspondenceSchedule and
coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsMaintain
and organize digital and physical filing systemsProcess and track
administrative documents and reportsSupport management with
preparation of presentations, reports, and documentationManage
office supplies and equipment inventoryAssist in implementing and
maintaining administrative procedures and workflowsProvide
front-line customer service and act as a point of contact for
internal and external stakeholdersRequired QualificationsHigh
school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree
preferred2-3 years of administrative support experienceProficient
