Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Analyst I to manage
client service requests and support data analysis in a remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client support tickets and address service-related requests
for Supply Chain clients globally
Coordinate and execute analytic and ad-hoc requests while
collaborating with internal teams
Produce ad hoc reports and presentations, ensuring consistent
client experiences across regions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred in business, analytics, data, or
technology
Experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company
Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize various computer
software, including MS Excel
Strong project management and process skills
Experience with data analysis is a plus
